Other contractors increased the bid significantly when certain areas required a different type of paint or a minor change in the preparation process. Majestic acted like they wanted our business and focused on how to accomplish what we wanted.

During the process Jon was very communicative. He kept us current with when they would be working on-site and when they were leaving. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. A minor additional painting area was added during the process at no charge.

"I watched the paint job on the house across the road from my house for a little over a year. I looked for fade spots, repair lines, saturation variances after monsoon storms and winter weather. Since the house looked great and showed no sign of deterioration i.e. scorching sun fade spots, I inquired about who did the work. I called Majestic Paint, had a return phone call within the hour and a home visit to size up the work the very next day. Within 2 days my estimate came through. I accepted and the date was set about 10 days out. It was completed as scheduled and it was a very tidy preparation and clean-up. Wow, my house looks terrific, it's the color I imagined, and I did not have to clean up any messes. Money well spent!"
